We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@hamletwokingham.store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, issues and manufacturing faults
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Warranty
We offer warranties for all our products. Warranty periods will vary depending on the brand and product. If you believe there is an issue with your item and falls within the warranty period please send a description of the defect and any photos / videos to demonstrate. Cancelling order / Changing mind
All orders that are placed and paid for are processed within a few minutes by our systems and are considered a final sale - thus cannot be cancelled. Unwanted items may however still be returned with prior arrangement if in the same condition as received.

Incorrect products received
Please send an email to info@hamletwokingham.store with completed details of the incomplete and/or missing order items. Please be sure to include your Order Number, a copy/photo of the delivery manifest that was included with the order and a photo/s of the items in question.
If the products never arrived
If you not received an order you believe should have been delivered please contact us with your order details and tracking number and someone will be able to assist.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
