The coffee benefits from the region's ideal conditions, including high altitudes and nutrient-rich volcanic soil found in the Andes, conducive to cultivating exceptional coffee. The collaboration with Falcon has resulted in this intriguing and flavorful coffee.

We recommend brewing this coffee using a V60 for the best experience. While we believe it tastes best black, we understand that everyone has their unique preferences!

When prepared as an espresso, expect a rich beverage that highlights the vanilla and dark chocolate flavors, complemented by a hint of blueberry juice.
